I am not very focused on training to be honest, I am not getting in any of the goodness from nutrition and I’m all over the shop every week so I am just doing whatever interests me and is fun rather then focussing on major goals (apart from keeping as active as possible) at the moment the crossfit site is pumping out some alright looking sessions so I might do a few of them here and there, maybe just do some running over a few days or whatever, I am looking for mental stimulation and stress relief rather then peak ahtletisism. for the record.

I will keep doing this until I can do 100 pressups in 4 sets and situps/squats in 2 sets. The pressups were poor as I usually do very short sets (~10) of them and burnt out very fast.

managed to reduce situps down to 3 sets and pressups down to 5 sets so I am happy with that. The pullaparts were just for abit more strength in the upper back and some stability for the pressups. 18 days until I go away for 2 weeks with the Army.

15x 10 squats & 10 pressups, only enough rest to have a quick drink or wipe my face. Squats were no problem.

70 pressups in 2 minutes (PB) Next goal is 80 in 2 minutes.

102 ATG squats in 2 minutes (PB) Next goal for these is 120 in 2 minutes. That will take some doing!

Walk with weighted vest and boots - 3 miles in just under 45 minutes . I will call this a recovery day. also I now weigh 80kg. 7.5kg/12lbs loss thus far since august.
