Deadlift was ok. My hands suffer a bit on these long sets, but I hope it’ll get better. FS was hard, with squats yesterday and deads today. I’ll try to go a bit heavier next week.

Monday: Militarypress went well, Chins went well. All in all a good day

Tuesday: Squats sucked! EVERYTHING felt wrong… bar placement, stance, grip, shoes, the griptape on the platform felt like it was 1/4" thick. Got reps +4 but that is not good enough.

Wednesday : Lower back jammed up, did the bench with my feet up for +1.
Today my back is still locked solid, so no DL this week. Some reflection on this f-ed up week. As far as squats go, I probably paid the price for trying do three straight cycles with no deload. It was stupid, but it’s done now. Next week is most certainly a deload week, then I’ll pick everything up, where I left it.
