Back to Basics - New Training Program

I have recently been trying to put on mass for long time, i think i fooled my self into thinking that i am a better than a beginer, but split routines are not working for me and seems like really hard for me to stick at,

So back to 3 days basics training
your comments would be appreciated

Monday

Workout A
Squat 5x5
Bench Press 5x5
Inverted Rows 3xF
Push-ups 3xF
Reverse Crunch 3x12

Wednesday
Workout B
Squat 5x5
Overhead Press 5x5
Deadlift 1x5
Pull-ups/Chin-ups 3xF
Prone Bridges 3x30sec

Friday
Workout A
Squat 5x5
Bench Press 5x5
Inverted Rows 3xF
Push-ups 3xF
Reverse Crunch 3x12

Will rotate every week
so it will be
ABA
BAB

This is Stronglifts for beginner, isn’t it? Solid program, anyway, just be shure to eat a lot of healthy food (and a little of unhealthy, if you like it :slight_smile:

Maybe that as a beginner, he just can’t go hard enough on an exercise, so working a muscle group once a week (as in most split routines) doesn’t work AT HIS PRESENT LEVEL OF INTENSITY (call it as you wish).
This was my case at the beginning, so I started doing full body routines. After two years or so, I switched to an upper-lower split, 'cause my muscle needed more time to recover (since I was able to hit them harder).
