Back Problem

Hi guys,
About a month ago, while I was doing some deadlifts (sets of 5 at 80%) on the last rep I felt a pop in my left side of my mid back. In the following days in addition to the pain in the midback, I was having muscle spasm in my right lower back.

Everything passed in a week, and I went back to training, looking carefully at my form.
A week later started my right lower back pain, mainly while sitting. I took some day off until the pain was lower and I could do exercise without pain, went to the gym and magically after that session my pain was completely gone.

A week later, again, right lower back pain, ligther than before. I tried some stretching exercise and in the one attatched I felt a big stretch putting my leg to the left.
Has anyone had something similar?
