My back has been messed from doin deads and other forms of vert training. what could I do to fix it example stretches and so on. is it ok if I keep lifting through it I now I could I just dont want to mess it up for season
Personally I only do deads every two weeks. I’ve found that doing them more frequently leads to lower back pain (not good pain). I also get ART performed on my lower back on the weeks I deadlift (after the deadlifting session).
All in all, if it hurts (in a bad way) don’t do it. Maybe you could back off those types of movements for a while OR space them out a little more.
Maybe if you guys could keep a proper lordotic posture and be happy with lifting submaximal loads deads would not fuck up your back.
