Back Pain Wakes Me Up!

I woke up after deep 4.5 hours of sleep to a sharply aching back. I squatted on Monday 3x5 with 85% of my 1RM. I’ve watched the SquatRX videos and have squatted correctly for 5 months, so I am confident that my form is good.

I postponed my Wed workout due to my reduced ability to walk, so I’d like to know if I should wait another day given my sharp pain, which disappeared after the 30 seconds of pain.

After waking up I slept for another 3 hours.

I’d wait until you can walk without pain. Do you sleep on your side or stomach? Sleep with a pillow between your legs. If you sleep on your back, put a small pillow under your knees.
