I’m finally back in the gym after four months - I tore my meniscus on a standing press, had surgery, and spent four months resting and in PT. My left thigh is now three inches (19 in) smaller around than my right (22in, roughly.)
- Is it okay for me to get back to bulking right away?
- Am I going to have to do isolation work to bring up my bum leg, or will squatting like I did before be enough? (Earlier, I was on Rippetoes.) I heard somewhere the other leg will build muscle more quickly because of muscle memory or something like that, but it sounds suspect.
