After working hard for years to get a somewhat decent body, I managed to fuck it up in a spectacularly. So I'm here to get my body back. I managed to go from 105kg leanish to 115kg fat as fuck. So since August, I've been training just to lose the fat. I'm down to 92kg, so I'm pretty happy with the weight loss, but now it's time to put some muscle on again.
I'm training six days a week which I seem to do best under, with a push, pull and legs split. With swimming being my primary source of cardio.
So today my workout is going to be a pull day, with swimming.
