Not looking to build broadness of shoulders or a V-shape looking to add mass to back of my back as in the “back of our back muscles” anyone have good excersices for that.
I’m guessing you mean lower traps and erectors?
Deadlifts all the way,shoulder width grip (or wider if you’re comfortable with it)
I really only know how to build the front of my back.
But to be serious, I think you’re getting at “thickness” here. Rows and mat pulls have been key for me.
