Bike sprints (?)…5x30 sec. very high resistance, 1 min. rest between. Who knows why ??? Oh, hellish leg pump :slight_smile:

Thursday, 11/16.

Abs/ band stuff.
BE +45 chains: 3’s@ 95, 95
3’s @ 135, 165, 185.
2x3@ 205
3@ 210. PR’s @ 205/ 215 I suppose.
Pull ups: 4x8.

Friday AM; Rec. Center. Because, why not.

Complex: shrug/ jump shrug/ high pull; 2x3 each @ 95.

Push press, drop under bar, catch with straight arms…and stand up (?) Something like that: 3x3@ 135, just to try it.

SQ: didn’t feel very good. Been slacking on squats for sure, and it’s shows.
Worked up to 8x1@ 275. Really didn’t want any more weight than that.

I just tried to download that John Belushi video and couldn’t. Weird. I hope this coming week is better for you than your last.

Been sick since…Sun/Mon. Slept most of the time since. I did go to the gym Weds/Thurs (mostly out of boredom) but didn’t really do much.
Been sorting/ packing for another move; getting away from chaotic, drunken B.S. that’s been getting worse. That, along with other factors, drove me to hurt someone I truly loved and cherished, and then loose her of course.
I’m miserable, and ashamed that I’m to blame for it.

Sorry to hear this Zman. The worst pain in the world is a broken heart. The best apology is changed behavior, so maybe it’s not too late.

I honestly believe just about anything can be fixed in the gym.

Been taking/leaving some at the gym; suddenly, I’ve become quite popular.

I’m trying to put them (calories) to use.
