My eating/sleeping has been bad for the past 12days or so; happy that my training days have been strong, and BW staying put.

Last Heavy DL coming Friday; 17 days out. Pulling 385 from floor, 405 from 3" blocks.

DL: Last heavy pulls.

4x2@ 205/ 2x2@ 264/ 1@ 314, 354. Did a double, then 4x1@ 384. 2nd was off/ rushed set up; all the rest felt solid.

From 3" blocks: 2x1@ 404lbs. Lost the vid, but I know It happened :)…Never held 400+ w/straight bar. 1st was strong; 2nd was shaky, so I called it good.

Seat row: 2x10@ 120, 140, 160.
Standing Abs: 3x10@ 120.
Face pulls: 3x10@ 80.

Well, shit. I literally have nothing (training/planning wise) to do leading into my Meet in 2 weeks. Schedule is set, attempts are about 95% locked in…Boring:)

I haven’t had a cheeseburger, or any donuts, in nearly 3 weeks; my heart is aching.

Got a couple meets later; July 30th and Sept. 25. Did both last year, so I may go again. Haven’t seen much else on the radar as yet, and I’ll figure it out soon.

BE: Open @ 242-- 2nd @ 264-- 3rd @ 281/286.

DL: Open @ 352-- 2nd @ 385-- 3rd @ 407/413/418.

Feeling strong and confident here, based on recent lifting going well.

BE: 3x3@ 155/ 2x2@ 198/ 1@ 228, 248, 270/ Slingshot @ 284…missed @ 305 ( I just HAD to!), then hit a long paused 264 to finish.
Flat DB hammer: 6@ 70,80,90.

Seated rows: 5x10@ 120.
Standing Abs/ OHP with bar.

3rd @ 341. Pretty set on this, as my 2nd at the meet. A little more depth on game day, wont be a problem.

Skipped yesterdays training; just dragging/tired after a busy (work) weekend. Took a nap, walked to the store, and watched hockey with dinner…

Feeling well on track; lift Tues/Thurs, and that’s that. Probably go in Fri, hang around with the guys and gals at the gym, move around a bit?? We’ll see.
