Of course, work to be done at lower weights. I’ll say heels are 3", toes 5" further apart; we’ll see how it goes.

You looked much stronger on 308 than 286. Probably should try 350 next time!

This weeks volume caught up to me a bit, and didn’t eat well (enough) after Fridays training. The good news is, next weeks training will be worse :slight_smile:

Belt SQ: 3x8 @ 500
GHR: Tried it, but was pretty fried; did some back raises and went home:)

155 lbs.

Set 4 @ 264 lbs.

Set 8 @ 264lbs.

Felt good on most reps; getting used to wider stance, knees out more: we’ll see if it works.
