Yes, yes…good eye, and memory. Chris hit a 510lbs. DL for 2+grinder later that session. Jordan was eating bananas, like always; no Salmon on the menu.

Thanks Cripp; trying to find my way pulling Con/mixed grip. Please chime in with any thoughts, as always.

Smith machine Lockouts: 2x3@ 225/ 4x3@275. Mod sumo here, really get the glutes/hips working
Ham curl: 6@ 130,135,150/ 4x6@ 165.
Hammer grip pulldown: 8@ 115,130/ 3x8@ 145.
Inc. BE: 2x6+6@ 95/ 2x5+5@ 135 (wide/close grip).

Thursday, B-Day Lift!! DL’s and stuff; joined by the elusive Brute Fury, who appears briefly in a vid I’ll post later. She is truly a Queen of The Night; thankful to have her with me (always) in the daylight.
As I recall, she did Farmers Carries with 175lbs in each hand (among many other lifts), and yes EVERYBODY in the gym noticed:wink:

DL. Day 3, conventional + mixed grip.
3x3@ 225/ 1@ 275/ 2x1@ 315/ 3x1@ 365/ 2x3@ 315. Little sore from legs Tues, but felt decent.
Belt SQ: 2x8@ 320/ 3x8@ 520 plus 6 lockouts after each set. Did these all with a SQ stance.
DB pullovers: 2x15@ 30 and 40.

Ridiculous pancakes, and the gift of exquisite company afterwards. We missed you Karen; next year:)

Friday.

SQ: 3x4@155/ 2x4@ 198/ 3@ 242/ 3x1@ 286/ 3x3@ 242. Fatigued from Tues/Thurs now (?)…286 was not easy:)
Belt SQ (again): 5x8@ 420. Did these DL stance, mimicked pulling form all the way. This machine is awesome; using it in place of Leg Press when I’m able, and see what happens.
OHP: 2x5@ 95/ 3 reps @ 135, 155/ 2@ 175/ missed at 185 strict, then missed with a slight dip too…
Finished with 2x3@ 135, then the bar x 20.

DB press: 40 reps @ 25’s; clicked incline down after each 10.

Seated ohp: 10@ 30,30,40
Pulldowns: 10@ 120,140,160
Hanging leg raise: 3x10…Did these 3 as a mini-circuit.

mid-incline power fly: 10@ 30,40,50 plus 8 reps hammer press (super set)
Pullovers: 15 @ 30,40,40, done right after presses.

Flat press: 3x10@ 65’s plus dead hangs after each set.

Pump’in Parlour? Best not to ask :flushed:

Update: Next meet will be April 30th. Plenty of time to really get my conventional/mixed grip DL going, and actually get stronger overall (gasp!)…

I’ll keep up with DL vids for sure; asking for any and all input ect. BullDog, Crippler, OG, 2jar, DaveB, just to name a few. Alright, you too Karen::))
