Back Into It

I havent done really any exercise in a while other than work for a while. I’m looking at getting back into lifting. I have no problems with eating since I eat healthy. I don’t have a good routine for getting back into it and getting results. Any ideas for a starting routine

I like Juggernaut for its variety in main work and assistance. 5/3/1 is nice for its numerous templates and flexibility which will keep it fresh for a long time. Candito is nice if you want few options and little thinking. I don’t really like linear progression programs though but they may be more your go.
