Back Injury

Over the past 2 years I’ve had some back injuries caused by lifting. Since the most recent episode my back does not seem to “hurt” but it feels weak and like it might blow out when doing deads.

What would be the best course of action to make sure this never happens again? and what should I focus on lower back endurance or lower back strength?


alittle bit of both, Also check your glutes and hamstring as they both, glutes especially, protect the lower back. Some glute ham raises, light deadlifts, good morning and hyperextensions. Along with some direct glute and ham work
