I seriously F***** this one up, I was sitting on a swing and the swing was not sturdy enough to support my 200 lb self so it broke and I fell 3 ft and busted my ass. It hit my spine too but it wasnt too serious just bruised. then some jack ass rammed into me at school and hit where I fell and now it hurts worse; I try to do arm exercices and upper back lower leg exercises and that gets me there but I cannot work on my abs or my thighs until it heals... any NON strenuous to the ass or lower back exercises to do with abs and thighs?
No bw lunges? Or sprinting.
I'd say do nothing until you see a doctor. Too many guys here don't want to miss even one day of training.
