Back Injury and Training

Hi there

Ive recently sprained my back which means not only will i not be able to row at present but also that most exercises with spinal loading will be off limits to me. This should only last about a mopnth before i heal according to my doctor but i dont really know what exercises i should do.

Im just looking at mantaining strength and not putting any fat on so that i can be fully capable as soon as possible after the injury heals up.
