Most times doing yoga interleaved with lift…

troubles dosing cortisol. Too many crashes.

Missed posting a lift
yoga interleaved with lift…

troubles dosing hydrocortisone / prednisone. Anytime I approach base dose (45 eq), I’m dead on my feet. Also all the signs of being in deep recovery debt. Training graph from Strava supports the need to atttend to recovery thoughts.

Planning to go to gym for squats/deads on Wednesday. I can restart quats at 135. Will check out lightest weights that are same height as a plate, else back to DB squats. Will check out cable station and try and find rehab papers…

30 lft / 12 rt has worked fairly well. later in lift I start feeling the weight. I think I should do a couple weeks at this then add in a 5x10 for a while.

5 ab wheel of DOOM! (knees) Arm felt ok, Scar(?) where ab ripped felt it, but not as bad as all that. It gets sore anytime I stretch myself straight-ish.

Missed doc’ing a lift… basic 3x10 Left is still overused.

I fried my left delt in the last burst of lifting… still feels weak pains down quite a bit. Hurts and weakness felt most if weight gets out of the bar path…
