Mandatory RTO. ADA case lapsed due to gentlemen’s agreement… Commute was well, not survivable long term. TBI’s suck… I have lucked into appointment with concussion doct. in like record time. He’ll provide bullet proof letter for ADA letter, np. He owes me… 18 months of untreated suicide disease. Well at least “he’s changed how he delivers care”. Doesn’t give me back 18 months of recovery during the magic period. But I go on. I’ve been meaning to get appointment to discuss current deficits anyway… Funny how… “When your house is on fire you forget about lunch.”

Nothing to failure. Challenging yes. Music is helping the migraines/headaches, or maybe its the heavy stuff I took with the cider accelerant…

9/18 Sub-luxed left shoulder last Sunday. Pretty bad for a few days. but healed up rapidly. Dropped weights to protect shoulder.

So pretty sore day after…
stress dosed 1 hydrocortisone… Felt better.

Day after that woke up dead again. Took my 6:00 prednisone. still cold and immobile by work time. Kept getting colder. Stress dosed 1/2 a hydro at 8:30.

I’m going to have to keep an eye on this after every decent leg day.
