Back In the Gym, Any Advice?

hey guys,

new to the forums. i am 22 years old, 6’7’’ and 220 pounds. I have played basketball all my life and am somewhat active. i am in noway in great shape, or poor shape either. I started going back to the gym after about 2 years off. just looking for some tips, and some opinions on what somebody my size should do.

I have been working out again for a little over a month and a half, working hard, but not seeing much progress. my diet isnt the best, which i am trying to work on, i was also looking into getting some suppliments… need some ideas there too, any advice would be great. thanks!

I’m 6’6" 240,and like me, you should do the same shit everyone else does. Lift heavy, eat, and rest.

So fix it.

Don’t worry about supplements until your diet and training are in order, they won’t do anything for you.
