hey everybody new to T-Nation . Haven’t been lifting in a few years since my gym closed where im from but getting back into it now .

Goals

Deadlift : 355
front squat : 225
Bench : 200
Get my body weight from 170-185

current lifts
Deadlift : 325
Front squat : 160-175
Bench 170-175
Bodyweight 170

Few notes

  • doing a regular routine for 6 weeks then moving to a 5x5 or 5/3/1 routine
  • taking mass fusion 3 scoops daily
  • also doing mma and bjj classes 4-6 times a week
