long-time reader, first-time poster, definite beginner at the gym.
My question is very specific & the answer can’t be readily found in written form, so I turn to the expert community.
Because of spasticity I’m not permitted to train my left biceps. Needless to say it’s a major drawback in training the back. Which exercises don’t target the biceps too much? So far, all my physiotherapist approved is a lat pull-down & a few cables raises with stretched arms.
