Hopefully I got this right

  1. upper traps and upper back:

hammer strength low to high row adding in cable inidividual handles so your hands can move

Rear delt rows

  1. vertical pulling for lats:

chest supported lat pulldowns

  1. horizontal pulling for lats:

Seated lat row

One arm hammer strength lat row stepped back or kneeling

  1. overall:

T bar row with added handles

The t-bar row would be the kind where you can get your hands out wider with a slight degree of pronation or neutral grip, but that’s a good list.
