Back and Knees

My back and my knees are fucked! I can’t do squats anymore, because it puts too much compression on my spine, and I am in agony for 2 weeks, and all other leg exercises hurt my knees other than squats. Any one have any rehab suggestions? I saw a post by a person that trains westside style, but I can’t find it now, I lift heavy pretty much always, and just need some advice, please.
