Hey y’all,
Decided to start my training log here, I little late as I’m about a month and 3 weeks into it but I will start by posting a pic of when I first started and me so far (both after workout).
I plan on posting an update every 2 to 3 weeks in hopes that you vets can steer me in the right direction. I did plan on using a cycle of test (bought it and all) but decided against it (atleast for now since its still early).
I should mention what I’m currently on
-Beef protein (lactose intolerant)
-Creatine
-Clear Muscle
-Peak ATP
-Mr.T Testosterone booster
-Multi vitamin
-Fish oil
I haven’t been counting my calories at all but I plan on getting that in check. I eat clean but not very strict.
If anyone has any other suggestions of things I could try, it would be greatly appreciated.

I think I’m making very good progress but I would love to hear from the vets how the hell can I get my abs back while building lean muscle? I’m willing to try anything !
