B4B vs Layer System


In a few words, what are the main advantages of the Layer System vs Built for Bad/ Battle and vice versa.

The reason I’ve always liked the Layer System is because you only have to warm up one movement pattern per day so it’s better for the time constrained.

But I’d appreciate your thoughts on the frequency vs volume advantages/ disadvantages of each. Other than the schedule, it seems they have more similarities than differences.

Where do you see the similarities? These programs are almost polar opposites.
