Jim I know you said to use air dyne bike for conditioning , I don't have one so is it okay to do 2 mile walks and/or light and/or medium prowler depending on how I feel and non training days
I believe Jim gave that advice from experience. Its not set in stone.
My self do a little of every thing. I stay consistent with my FBT but for condition I do some running, hill runs, boxing, excercise bike 2-3 times a week.
