Anyone here know if vitamin b-6 helps with gyno? I've heard it does, but I can't confirm the information.
B6 comes in three forms pyridoxine, pyridoxal and pyridoxamine. Its needed for red blood cell production, the maintainence of the immune and nervous systems and is important in protein synthesis. It also helps maintain your blood sugar levels. I can't really see how B6 on its own would help with gynecomastia.
There are those that hold that 200-300mg B6 ed will help lower prolactin levels. It is thought that B6 can help prevent tren based gyno, or Deca based gyno.
I am not saying that I believe or disbelieve. Just telling you what I have heard.
