Awesome (P+C) Meal

For those of you that eat oatmeal and cottege cheese on a regular basis, try this recipe for a (P+C)meal. Prepare 1.5 servings of plain oatmeal and mix in 1 serving of cottage cheese. Add honey to sweeten to taste, and a dash of cinnamon or nutmeg. Damn that’s good stuff.

On a side note, Hyphnz, I almost never cook my oatmeal. I prefer it uncooked for a little crunch. Give it a try, you might like it.

I don’t cook it when I have it in a shake, it’s just that from the info given it sounds like 1 big globby blob.
