Awesome Abs??? Yeah, RIIIGHT!

I’m frustrated. On the curl-ups, not only can I not keep my feet flat on the floor (only the heels), I cannot do these without excessive “Uncle Mo” (momentum). It’s the first third of the movement that I stick at. Same thing on the reverse curldowns…when I get to the bottom 1/3 of the movement I fail miserably. Are there any other exercises I can do to alleviate this problem? Yes, I did the whole 12-weeks too and still can’t muster a decent curl-up with feet flat. Help, please!

Have you an incline board? If you do, even 15 degrees or so will help. I may need to re-read that article, though. Good luck
