Avoiding Soy Products at Any Cost

Reading ingredient labels is the key.

I have successfully managed to avoid soy of any form for a year here in Sweden, where it’s hidden in the tiny labels of a surprisingly large number of products.

Most of the commercial chocolate bars being sold contain soy lecithin, capsule coffee, same goes for BCAA. There is soy-less BCAA being sold here, in the form of sun-seed flower lecithin. Make sure to check your vitamins aswell if they contain any.
Heck, even the common chewing gums, such as Extra contains soylecithin. Stimorol thankfully lacks this.

Perhaps instead of reading ingrediant labels to look for soy a better strategy would be to eat fresh, unprocessed foods.
