how much of the damage do you think was done back in the bad old days?

I’d love to get the majority of my carbs from awesome shit like papaya but all that fructose’d have me shitting my brains out

More than I want to admit but less than many would have you believe lol. Blood work is fine and blood sugar is back under control and blood pressure is better than it has been since my young teens.

I haven’t had any issues with the fructose but 300g of carbs is pretty low for me and only about half are coming from fruit. I actually noticed much more bathroom trips when I was getting about the same number of calories from sweet potatoes haha.
