how do you keep them (avocados) fresh after you eat half. they brown so quickly…
i know, i know. someone is going to say just eat the whole thing! but i’d like to know anyhow.

Eat the half w/o the pit first then put some lemon/lime juice around the the other (keep the pit it). I guess this keeps it from oxidizing.

That and Ziplock it suck the air out and refridgerate.
they hold for a few days if you can stop from eating it that long.
