I’ve been lifting on and off for the past 3 years; nothing too serious, but enought to get some decent strength.
My current lifts:
Squat: 315 x 6-8
Deadlift: 315 x 8-10
Bench: 285 x 1
I just started the clean and jerk and snatch. My questions:
What is a good snatch for a beginer?
What is an average clean and jerk?
I’m not interested in elite numbers. I’m more interesting hearing what weightlifter on this sight started out doing in terms of number.
