Autoregulation Feel for Pressing Exercises

@CT: I know with dead squat launch & high pulls as soon as the next set when ramping up doesn’t feel the same you stop. With pressing do you take the sane approach as far as feel? I like to keep a fast workout pace and not rest unless I have to for performance reasons.

Is the feel I’m looking for still being able to accelerate the bar all the way up assuming perfect technique & I’m not resting for long periods of time psyching myself up? Thank you for your time & expertise you have taught me a lot. :slight_smile:

On pressing I give myself a bit more leeway. My rule is "don’t attempt a lift you’re not 90% sure of making).
