Auto Regulation Advice

@CT: I use bioforce HRV, if you’re unfamiliar with it it gives you a score & three different colors to access how ready your CNS is to train. Green (fully recovered), orange (not fully recovered reduce volume 20-30%), & red (not ready your body is still recovering)… I’ve been thinking about doing a full layer day on green & maybe something like ramp to 3RM & 8 sets of 3 w/90% of that 3RM on orange days (I’m currently doing the strength layering system (full). What are your thoughts on this?
