Aug '22 Photo/Video Check-In

Great idea for a thread - much needed.

Scale seems to have gone down from 235 to 217, then back up to 225 lol. Looks better to me so I’m cool with it =)

Current 1RM’s (as in Training Max, 90%):
Deadlift: 495lb
Bench: 295lb
OHP: 185lb
Squat: 380lb
