Hi girls. A female friend of mine has just started weight-training and would like some help with her diet. She has an OK physique already, but would like to reduce bodyfat - she already has a decent amount of muscle. I would estimate her BF to be 18-20%. What I want to know is, what diets have worked well for you in this situation? Also, can I use the same formulae for calculating calorie requirements as is used for a male(ie formulae in T-mag diet articles) - or are the multiplication factors different for a female?
