Started from top of squat, dipped about 1/4 to 1/3 into squat, jumping as high as possible, landing as softly as possible. 3 full normal squats after each set of jump squats

1000 jabs, 500 from each stance. Switched stance every 10. Conditioning and work capacity are improving, everything stayed snappy throughout and was able to keep the grand majority of the breathing in through nose.
