I’ve pretty much came to the point to where I don’t really care about back squatting. I can pretty much always back squat 40-60 pounds more than I front squat because I squat high bar narrow stance just like I would front squat. No need for it anymore, plus I don’t like the toll my knees and low back take from it. Maybe one day I’ll care again, but not today.

Did a bunch of airdyne sprints and about 20 minutes of steady stuff. I have a nasty strain/knot in my right trap from the vest and farmers walk yesterday. Might need to see a masseuse

Love/hate relationship with this training day. It’s a bit monotonous, but it leaves my shoulders and elbows feeling great compared to most other pressing, and I think it’ll allow me to fully recover before overhead work Thursday. Will probably try it for a few weeks

WTF, I do 1 mile with just the weighted vest and my traps are lit up. This would just be ridiculous.

Picked up a lighter sandbag to do some throws, felt like a tape measure rolled up inside my neck. Was one of those confusing, dizzying, wandering pains rather than the ones you cuss at. Mild numbness in my pinky and ring finger on the right side. Some localized (around the upper trapezius) tingling, numbness, and pain. Hmmmmmmmm

I love the bro-ness of genuine lifting compliments haha and lurking in here watching two strong ass gentle-bros give each other compliments is the epitome of what this site should be, credit where credit is due, and call outs when needed.
