I think it was a bit of a fluke, combined with the shorter range of motion using a 12" log. My rep PRs are waaaaaay off my 1RM with the log, but are much closer/normal with a barbell or axle.

Ehh, a little rough but not too bad. I donât have much desire for heavier squatting (especially/primarily back squatting) right now, so making it more into conditioning helps me get volume in while not getting rusty with the movement pattern.
