Thanks man. Most definitely. I only have access to a homemade chain yoke, and that thing tosses me around with like 300lbs on it.

When it comes to overhead pressing, I still have you. When it comes to putting yourself through pain in misery, you’ll win every time, you masochist.

We could do some timed loading medley stuff? If you’re interested. I could use the competition ( also known as getting my butt kicked) for practicing the events coming up.

I’m definitely interested in doing mini-competitions with whatever. Last night’s workout was a ton of fun just doing random stuff. Spices up the training!

Stepped on an upright electrical plug. Took a bit of wiggling to get it out of my foot. Cat likes pulling on cords, pretty sure this was his doing.

Gonna change things for a couple weeks. Bicep and forearm pain on my right side is making training and normal life uncomfortable. It started after back to back days with stones and log, and I did more of the same later which hasn’t helped.

To do:
Main movements that don’t hurt bicep/forearm
Up volume on main lift
Lots of forearm and bicep stretching and soft tissue work

Don’t:
Overdo accessory work
Lots of bodyweight movements after main lift, potentially only bodyweight or bodyweight+ movements after main lift

PSA: don’t fry food shirtless unless you’re willing to pay attention.

Burnt the $#!% out of myself with boiling oil. Lots of z’quil to sleep, feeling crummy and groggy. Might be doing all my training beltless for the next little bit.

Ouch!. A few months ago I burned half my forearm spraying myself with oil while frying fish; I feel your pain man.

Kind of you, but no way lol this is soooooo far behind past bench work. Trying to ease back into it and catch up to you!
