I survived another year and started the celebration with a motivationless back workout. If it weren’t for the fact that I suck at missing workouts, I would have just ditched it for my b-day.

Met a new guy today. He was repping 315 for sets of 5, on bench, yesterday. Really nice guy. Chatted with him for a few minutes then headed home. Gonna get cleaned up and head over to my brother’s. Kid’s are gonna swim. I will hang out with my dad and brother. Supper is at 6.
Dad leaves for home, tomorrow. Unfortunately, between work and everything else, I didn’t get near as much time with him as I would have liked. Considering how much wood they split, though, I am not sure that is a bad thing…
