Athletic Pend Setup

Any ideas how to setup the athletic pendulum around the following training schedule.

Tues and thurs nite train, sat play.

When would be best to do con, ecc and iso sessions.

Depends on whether you want to feel 100% fresh for the game, or can handle a beating the day after. Mon/wed/fri or mon/wed/sun are both options. I found I was able to do a pretty intense sprint workout each day following a lifting day. hope that helps.
