I’m starting the Athlete Lean, Athlete Strong program and had a question about the complexes. For example, Day 2 has:
1. Backward Throw Against Wall 2. Chest Throw Against Wall 3. Push Press
Throw Against Wall 4. Slam AMRAP 30 sec.
I assume this means to do exercise 1 for 30 sec, exercise 2 for 30 sec, etc. and then repeat that for 3 rounds. Same for Day 5; 1. Box Jump 2. Power Clean From Hang 3. Burpees?
