Athlete Lean, Athlete Strong - Rest Times and Complexes

Excuse me coach if I am being a bit thick, I have been doing this programme for the past month but it has dawned on me I have perhaps misinterpreted some of the instructions relating to rest intervals and the complexes. Using the upper body circuit using battle ropes, etc. as an example, a quick question to clarify:

I have interpreted reference to AMRAP as AMRAP within 30s, and the RIs as 30s between sets with minimal transition time. Is this correct.
