Athlete Lean, Athlete Strong Rest Periods

Hello Coach,

I read over Athlete Lean, Athlete Strong and had a queston about the rest period between sets. For example, on the first day what kind of rest do you suggest between the sets of box jumps and then the sets of trap bar deads? The table posted with the program has a column for rest but must of them are blank. I guess it might be my browser/computer.
