There seem to be two kinds of philosophies:
- Do something about E as part of every cycle
- Wait how your body reacts and until it finds balance, and, only then, and only if necessary, treat it.
The latter seems to be what guys like @physioLojik recommend.
I was wondering - at what point would you say high E needs intervention?
What if, on a cycle where T is really high, your E gets really high as well - but there are no sides, other bloodwork (lipids, hemo etc.) is fine, and well-being (no bloating, no water retention, no mood issues) is excellent?
