Reminds me a lot of this kid:
I started lifting november last year. Up until new years, so about my first 1.5 months of lifting my arms were really ballooning up increasing size and strength. They were growing the best out of every body part. Now nearly 4 months later, they have made absolutely 0 progress.
My bench is stalled, im not curling any heavier. Arm size has not budged. I have tried training arms once, 3 times a week, drop setting, super setting, doing every sort of set.
I recently started stronglifts 4 weeks ago …
i always always always see people in the gym who are so inconsiderate i see them putting weights back in the wrong position, leaving them on the floor etc. Best way to tell these idiots off? Only reason I haven’t yet is i don’t think they’d react to a 155lb teenager lecturing them about gym etticate. really really gets annoying and its always the same handful of people.
On a slightly related note, would people take advice from a 155lb 16 year old? I see so many people walk in just mindlessly dr…
On a slightly related note, would people take advice from a 155lb 16 year old? I see so many people walk in just mindlessly drifting from machine to machine not knowing what they are supposed to do and spend half the time staring at others. I want to give pointers but would people actually listen, I don’t want to waste my time.
At the time, he was squatting 155 pounds, benching 95 pounds, and deadlifting 210 pounds and literally had a thread bemoaning “0 progress in his arms” - and yet, he wanted to give pointers to others in the gym. Pretty much the gold standard for this behavior.
