Anyone have a decent routine for shoulder health/pre-hab that I can perform with minimal equipment a couple times per week? I have access to some light dumbbells, a table, some stairs, a floor, walls. Thanks.
a kettlebell excersise called the turkish get up (you can use a dumbell). it’s great for ruined shoulders.
I’ve been doing shoulder dislocates at home and I learned about them from this site. Do a search and you should find a video or a description. Other posters spoke highly of them, and I have to agree.
Search on YouTube for smittydiesel, he has a great shoulder warmup/rehab protocol with videos.
